What if I need to cancel my booking?

It’s okay -- we understand sometimes plans change. If you cancel ...

  • More than 2 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time, a full refund will be issued.

  • Less than 2 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time, a 50% refund will be issued or a 100% credit to be applied towards your next booking.

  • Less than 30 minutes in advance of the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued.

Cancelled will call return bookings will be refunded in full.
